"Serrats" is located in Bermeo, in the Coast of the Bay of Biscay (Spain). During 120 years we have been dedicated to the art of the production of canned fish. Our preserves have an exceptional quality and they are elaborated by only using the finest raw materials, fresh fish of the finest quality and specially selected. The handmade preparation of the preserves, transmitted and improved over five generations, is one of the keys of our success. Our Know-How, coupled with the strict quality control system, enables us to meet the requirements of the cross-border and national markets.
"Sea Spaghetti" Seaweeds (RO180)
"Sea Spaghetti" Seaweeds (Himantalia Elongata), grow in the North Atlantic Sea. They are packaged in glass jars of 180gr.(net weight). They are presented in water, salt and lemon, so that the consumers have a great array of possibilities to cook them.
"Sea Spaghetti" Seaweeds are very tasty and there are a large number of recipes in which "Sea Spaghetti" Seaweeds are used, such as: scrambled eggs with "Sea Spaghetti" Seaweeds, fish garnished with "Sea Spaghetti" Seaweeds, also they can be prepared with rice, vegetables, be fried with fish or eaten as a single dish, among others.
"Sea spaghetti" is the name of a popular Atlantic Sea Seaweed that contains a large amount of proteins, minerals and fibre. It is held, that the "Sea Spaghetti" Seaweed regulates the level of cholesterol and cleanse our body.
