"Hijos de Jose Serrats S.A." is looking for people capable of distributing our delicatessen preserves in international markets.
Our distributors should fulfill the following requirements:
- Proven experience in the gourmet segment with high quality products.
- Contacts in the gourmet-delicatessen segment, such as: specialty shops, hotels or restaurants.
- An extensive knowledge of the fish preserves sector, mainly of the White Tuna preserves.
- Ability to recognize and judge fresh Bay of Biscay handmade preserves, in order not only to appreciate and communicate the high quality of our products, but also to distinguish it from others similar to them that can be found in the market.
- To meet the minimum requirements for the proper conservation of our products. With regard to the White Tuna and Yellowfin preserves, no special care is required. However, the Anchovy Fillets must be stored between 5 and 12 ºC.
